Trome Records is a homestead record shop and label operating from our house in Somerset, UK. The record shop sells carefully selected vinyl, CDs and tapes with a focus on independent, adventurous music. The label releases slow and introspective music across different genres.
Orders / Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped with full tracking and email confirmation at dispatch.
UK orders are shipped using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service, and international orders are shipped using the Royal Mail International Tracked service. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to arrange other shipping options.
Please note international orders may incur customs charges levied at the point of delivery, such as import duties, VAT, and/or handling charges. Trome Records does not reimburse any of these charges, and we do not declare packages as gifts.
We use sturdy record mailers with additional stiffeners where possible, and endeavour to ship orders within 3 working days of order date. Please note we are a working shop, so it is possible (although unlikely) that records could be purchased in store before we have had chance to update the website. In this instance you will receive a refund of any sold-out item in your order.
All used records have been professionally machine cleaned and play graded. We grade each item carefully, but if an item arrives that does not meet your expectation please contact us using the form below.
